How long does it take to send my order to the delivery company?

Sending your order to the delivery company takes 24 hours from submitting your order, it will be delivered within 24 hours after that.

What are the payment methods that you provide?

Payment method that we provide is Cash on Delivery.

How can I return the order?

The return service is not available, but it is possible to exchange within 3 days of receiving the order, terms of exchange.

What products can I exchange?

Exchange terms:

Product has not been worn or tried on.
The product is unused.

The card bearing the barcode must be properly present on the piece.

** It is not possible to exchange any product that does not meet these conditions, because in this case it is not compatible with the rules for health and public hygiene. Please note that returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

How long does it take for my order to be sent to the delivery company?

Your orders are delivered to the delivery companies within 24 hours of order confirmation.

How Do I Track My Order?

You will receive a message from the delivery company when your order is out for delivery.

What governorates or regions are included in the delivery?

All governorates of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan are included

What should I pay attention to when I receive the shipment?

When you receive your package from the delivery company, check if there is a problem such as open, tear, crack or wet.

My order was delivered but I wasn't home. what can I do?

If you are not there at the time of delivery, please contact the delivery company and provide them with your tracking number and order number. The company will either schedule a second delivery.

I have several orders on different dates, will they be delivered together?

Each order is a separate shipment. There is no guarantee that orders ordered at different times can be delivered at the same time, so the delivery fee is separate for each order.

How can I use coupons?

Add the products you wish to purchase to your shopping cart.
Click on your shopping cart, scroll down, and enter the coupon code in the field provided.

** You can use only one coupon for order.

Can I use the same coupon on more than one order?

One coupon is valid per order, however, the same coupon can be used for several different orders as long as it is not a single use and is still valid.

You can contact our support team to request a password change.

I forgot my password, how can I recover it?

On the login page, you can click on the "Forgot your password?" link.

Then enter your email to receive an email to change your password.

How can I place the order?

You can order easily by following these steps:

Browse the collections and products that have been carefully selected for you, including the new collection from our home page.
Choose the size of the product you want to purchase. Then click "Add to Cart". (You can use the "Size Chart" field on the product detail page to check the right size for you.)

Once you've added the products to your cart, go to the "Shopping Cart" page.
If you have a coupon/voucher code that you would like to use, click on the coupon code field below your order summary and enter the coupon code.
Click on "Payment" to proceed.
Fill in your information accurately and in detail. Choose your preferred payment method. Fill in the required information and click on "Complete the application". That's it; Your request has been successfully received! :)

Do I have to sign in to shop?

No, you do not have to sign in to shop, you can shop without signing in.

Can I add or remove a product after submitting the order?

How can I use the shopping cart?

You can add and view all the pieces you liked and want to buy in the shopping cart you can also see the total value of shopping. And apply the desired promotional coupon (when available).

How long will the pieces stay in my shopping cart?

The pieces will remain in the basket as long as they are available in stock. If one of the pieces is not available it will be removed automatically, you can replace it with another item of your choice.

As D&F MODA customer service, our priority is 100% customer satisfaction since the company's first day of establishment. In order to solve the problem and not repeat it again, if you receive the wrong product, you can contact us via our WhatsApp support line or support@dfmoda.com email "where you can send an email with the following information: "Order Number" and "Product Number", a full-size image of the product, proximate images of the error (e.g.: Size Our customer service team will immediately follow the product/product return process and you will be assisted as soon as possible.
